I am a master of procrastination, and I'm working on things I can do to get on top of the problem.
I'm working on a playlist of podcasts I have found on spotify that I think have good information. Yes, there is only one on this list because while I've listened to a punch of podcasts about procrastination, most the podcasts really didn't have useful or actionable information.

Reasons why people procrastinate:
- Abstract goals.
- Outcomes that are far in the future.
- A disconnect from our future self.
- Feeling overwhelmed.
- Anxiety.
- Task aversion.
- Perfectionism.
- Fear of evaluation or negative feedback.
- Fear of failure.
- A perceived lack of control.
- ADHD.
- Depression.
- Lack of motivation.
- Lack of energy.
- Sensation seeking.
I am actually using this website as a tool to address some of the above points. It gives me a place to clarify goals, force myself to work in public and face fear of failure/evaluation and neative feedback head on. It's also a great braindump tool to put things that I've been holding in my head that I want to have in a single place.
